At Refa Jewels, we aim to deliver your jewellery and accessories safely and efficiently across Pakistan. Please review our shipping terms before placing an order.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or during high-volume sale periods may require additional processing time.

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking or delivery information through SMS, WhatsApp, email, or the relevant courier service where available.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch is:

• Major Cities: approximately 2–4 business days

• Other Cities & Areas: approximately 3–7 business days

• Remote Areas: delivery may take additional time depending on courier availability.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier operations, high order volumes, security conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout or communicated at the time of placing the order.

From time to time, Refa Jewels may offer free shipping as part of a promotion. Any conditions or minimum order requirements will be stated with the relevant offer.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for eligible orders and locations within Pakistan.

Customers are requested to provide a valid phone number and complete delivery address. In some cases, we may contact you through phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch.

Accurate Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information, including:

• Full name

• Complete delivery address

• City and area

• Active phone number

• Any additional information required for successful delivery

Refa Jewels will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Failed Delivery & Refused Orders

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because the customer is unavailable, cannot be contacted, provides an incorrect address, or refuses to receive a confirmed order, the parcel may be returned to us.

For re-delivery, additional shipping charges may apply.

Repeated refusal of confirmed COD orders may result in restrictions on future Cash on Delivery orders.

Damaged Packages

If your parcel appears significantly damaged or tampered with upon delivery, please contact Refa Jewels as soon as possible.

For damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos or an unboxing video where possible.

Eligible claims will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, customers may receive a tracking number or tracking information after the order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for the courier's tracking system to update after dispatch.

Delivery Areas

We deliver to serviceable locations across Pakistan through available courier partners.

Delivery to certain remote or restricted areas may not always be available. If we are unable to deliver to your location, our team will contact you using the details provided with your order.

Order Changes & Cancellation

If you need to change your delivery address or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change its address or cancel the shipment.
